Within the research department of Human Movement and Education, Windesheim University, special attention is given towards Sport Pedagogy, in particular towards a respectful and safe sport environment. How can we safeguard a healthy surrounding for sports where athletes, amateurs and youngsters alike can develop themselves without having to face up to indecent behaviour, such as (sexual) intimidation, aggression and harassment, gender based violence and inequality? Research is aimed at creating awareness amongst trainers, physical education teachers and sport community workers in elite sport, amateur sport and education.
