Vaska Leshoska

I work as a researcher at Reactor-Research in action, a think-tank from North Macedonia, working on gender equality, youth and urban development. I hold a B.A. in Psychology and a M.A. in Social Psychology from the University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” – Skopje. At Reactor I am involved in methodology design and data processing and my research interests focus on measuring gender inequalities and social injustice. I support open access, reproducible research practices and data feminism. I have worked on development of a gender equality index of municipalities in North Macedonia and on research related to gender based discrimination in labour, gender-based violence in public spaces, menstrual justice etc.
