My mission is to build awareness in the world about organizational inclusiveness because the existing norms are still very narrow and misunderstood culture where everyone can feel welcomed and accepted.
I have worked for several years in both large corporations and disruptive startups. Over the years, I evolved as an expert Startup HR Consultant by consulting more than 20+ ICT startup companies all over Asia (Singapore, Srilanka, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Thailand, Indonesia, and Malaysia) and Germany.
