I am a founder of first only female DJ Label in Slovakia called mousai. We are trying to create equal and safe world for female artists. Since there is way more Djs as male, we are still pretty harrassed , abused, used or we didnt get pay for what we've done ( our job). We are simply anticipating the better conditions no matter what gender it is. We are also doing lectures about these topics with discussions , which encourage the society to talk about the issues more.
