What I seek to achieve: “I seek to empower women with relevant information, know-how, competences; services and products that deliver positive business impact.” Motivations In Life & Work: As someone who ascribes to the saying “Knowledge is Power”, I am thereby committed to how that Power translates into actionable and impactful deeds from which women are able to derive a true sense of self-worth, ownership and empowerment, aligned with their intrinsic motivational value systems. As a Self- Directed Learner, I wake up everyday enthused by the prospect of supporting female learners in the most creative and engaging ways possible, so that they too may derive enthusiasm and fulfilment in their own work and advance their lives/careers in their desired direction. “Impact affects everything, but Relevance makes all the difference”. As a pro-women and diversity L&D specialist, I can be counted on to include and reflect such values within the content I produce, the attitudes, behaviours and actions I take but more importantly, ensure they are emphatically promoted through the voice I project outwardly to the world.
