In the field of research its priority lines focus on the analysis of constitutional law from the perspective of gender (feminist epistemology and methodology) and critical constitutionalism, legal feminism as interpreter framework of human rights, the impact of new technologies on fundamental rights (freedom of information, data protection, transparency, etc), citizen participation as an instrument of democratic quality, guarantees of fundamental rights as configurator under current democracies, bioethics and development of bio-rights.
