German Cultural Council

Project office for Women in Culture and Media by the German Cultural Council. The Project Office is in charge of publications and studies, supporting networking initiatives for women in culture and media, the creation of a committee on gender equality inside the German Culture Council, as well as the establishment of a pilot mentoring programme between 2017 and 2020. The aims of the programme are strategic career counselling, practical support, the positioning of mentees in the cultural community and the establishment of an alumni network.
