OQ Consulting BV is a company in the Netherlands focussed on bringing gender equality around the world. It was founded in 2005 by Thera van Osch. OQ Consulting provides gender advisory services, gender training, research on gender issues, and gender sensitive monitoring and evaluation of policies, programmes and projects. The clients of OQ are the European Comission, National Governments, UN Agencies, Civil Society Organisations, and Private Companies.
