The ITC-ILO will be offering a course on:
Gender and Organizational Change (31 March- 4 April 2014, Turin)
The workshop proposes to look at how organizations have embraced gender mainstreaming, the success stories and the barriers, but goes much further by looking at gender as part of an organizational change management strategy rather than a “stand alone” agenda item. In this workshop we will acknowledge the importance of implementing specific measures to favor equality but we will also look at other strategies at the organizational level to take into account gender issues and women’s rights.
The course will be offered in English. The deadline to apply is February 21, 2014.
